“Smoked Salmon of the Month” Northern California's Cap'n Mike has been fishing the cold waters of the North Pacific for over 20 years, then smoking his fresh catch over alderwood coals. The results? Silky, spicy, salty, supremely good salmon. Our favorite, Salmon Candy, is honey-cured with special spices and smoked for three days.
